- During Service Execution: If a service is already in progress, cancellation may be subject to a prorated refund, deducting the cost of the work completed.
- After Service Completion: No cancellations or refunds will be issued once the service has been fully delivered.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@rigalan.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.
- Provide your order details, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and respond within two (2) business days with further instructions.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Processing fees or administrative charges may apply depending on the service agreement.
